How do I take part?

Your participation is entirely voluntary (your choice), and all questions are optional (you do not have to answer all questions).
If you wish to take part in the study, you can register:
  • Through this website www.elfs.org.nz.
  • Telephone free 0800 2 463 268 to request a postal questionnaire
  • Request a telephone interview (call 0800 2 463 268)
During registration, we will also be asking you for consent to contact you regarding participation in follow-up surveys.  Therefore, we will be requesting personal contact details so that we can provide updates on the study, and maintain contact over time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


All women in New Zealand in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy are eligible to be included in this study.

Participants must be 16 years and over to take part in the study.
